INSTRUCTIONS

Week1
In our first lecture, Mr. Mike gave a brief overview of what we could choose from. We were then asked to form groups of 6-7 members. I decided to work with Carol (graphic design), Junjie, Shawn (UI/UX), Weelun (digital animation) and Bj, Zhengkai and all of us to agree on EXPEDIO Project X-Board as our project collaborators. In the first week, we discussed who should be the leader and after we decided, it was Junjie who was the organizer.

Week2
During the week, I took a leave of absence due to illness, so my colleagues did most of the work, researching the project's background, history, and overall narrative, analyzing Expedio's recent growth plans and social media presence, and focusing on documenting the company's mission and direction. During the week, they all contributed to the research.

Week3
During the week, Mr. Mike scheduled a meeting with our client Expedio to clarify their needs and provide the necessary project information. Junjie also prepared a list of questions based on week2's content. Then according to the Q&A session at the conference, we learned some information and shared some ideas about the brand with us. We should submit a questionnaire for the data collection in the next few weeks, we also need to establish the image of the initial target population, and a series of questions about the project product. After the point survey, we can determine whether the product is successfully sold in the market.

Week4
This week, we visited the product prototype and took some sample photos. At the same time, after the target consumer group was affirmed by Mr.mike, we began to prepare the questionnaire. We prepared many questions and presented answers. Then we showed it to Mr.Mike and got the corresponding modification suggestions. After the modification of all the questions, I went back home that night and filled in all the questions and answers using a Google questionnaire survey. Some small difficulties encountered were also solved by Junjie, the team leader, so our questionnaire was released and spread smoothly. Hope more people can answer our questions and get good data information.

Week5
This week, we collected at least 80 questionnaire answers, and then we started to analyze and complete our research goal through this data. Because we had already made some categories when we set up the questionnaire, everyone of us analyzed the results of the questionnaire, and everyone was responsible for some of them. In the end, the personas we set at the beginning are consistent with the consumption goals after the survey, and we also have a certain understanding and understanding of the functions required for future products.

Week6
After the data collection last week, we began to put forward our opinion based on the data analysis of our questionnaire survey results. In a discussion with Mr.Mike, he said that we need to shift the focus to convincing potential customers, especially unfamiliar users, how to attract potential customers and turn them into real customers. We need to convince potential customers to use X-Board based on the problem.

Week7
Then we need to show our ideas to customers, for which we have to make slides, which will allow us to better show our ideas, how we can help X-Board attract customers, and how we can help X-Board do publicity. Then Carol and I started to make things related to graphic elements, and Carol was mainly responsible for graphic elements and color palette. Similar fonts, I mainly look for reference, web design reference and post reference, and why choose this visual reference, what aspects of it are worth learning. Then Junjie has helped us find suitable fonts during this period. Shawn and Junjie were also responsible for the UI/UX wire-frame design of the site, while Weelun and others started making slides all the time, making them as polished as possible.

Week8
Independent learning week

Week9
After the speech, we did not go to class in the ninth week, but we still had to continue to make some marketing strategies for potential customers to buy X-board or how to attract potential customers. What should we do if we do not know this brand or passers-by, please come back and read our advertisements? How do we attract potential customers? Where should we go to promote and advertise, and we also need to complete the customer journey map.

Week10
This week, we have made plans for a big post and email post. Among them, we need to do several things for a post, brand and product, including how to do web design and animation. As well as a refined customer journey map for our Miro board. In addition, when we showed it to Mr.Mike, he asked us why people clicked on our ads, why they read our posts, and what makes our posts attractive. It's something we need to think about, and it's something we need to think about, how we're going to get people to click on our big post. Then we can attract more potential customers.

Week11
This week, Junjie said that we need to add six Instagram posts. Our products are mainly for home office, small office and education workers, so we can post some posts on office environment color matching, color suggestions and how to solve the ghost in ig, so as to attract the attention of potential customers. We were able to launch our brand promotion and product advertising, and then Carol and I got some images from pinterest to use as reference, and we built a board in Miro to make our posts clearer.

Week12
This week, Carol and I have been preparing for a big post. Because there are a large number of posts, and we hope to unify the style, we have looked for a lot of reference pictures on pinterest and Xhs, so that we can get into the state of ig post faster. We have found some references and decided on the general style. The main is simple and highlights the main point. And then Carol and I each started making posters. It made me realize what a team can do, the benefits of having peers, where we can consult with each other, discuss our styles, and then work together on a tremendous amount of work.

Week13
In the 13th week, Carol and I began to prepare for an email post, which was still relatively new to me. I had been mainly involved with social media platforms such as ig and tiktok before, so I spent more time in understanding email posts and searched for many references on pinterest. In addition, part of ig's post was used on the post of the email, which made people feel more unified. Carol modified two emails, and then I made two emails. Finally, Junjie helped us unify the painting style and modified it to be more perfect. There were a few surprises that caught us off guard, but with the efforts of Carol and Junjie, we were able to solve the problem.

Week14
Because we need to make a final speech for the client, we need to finish all our posts in the last week, including ig, email, website, animation, etc. Weelun did the animation, Junjie and Shawn did the small program design. And Carol and I did the ig and email post. At the same time, Junjie played his role as the team leader! They are helping us to modify the details of ig and email, making sure that the whole promotional video, mini program and all posts are in a consistent style. Meanwhile, everyone is revising the slides, hoping to do things well in the final speech. This makes me feel the strength of the team. The so-called strength in numbers, our team members are working very hard to complete the task, and hope to do better.
