Reflection

Experience:
When I chose to take the Digital and Social Media Communications course, I had high expectations of learning more about this rapidly growing field. This course provided me with a lot of new knowledge and skills, especially analyzing data and how to communicate with troublesome customers. Gave me a deeper understanding of the importance of digital communication and social media.

Observation:
This course has given me a lot of personal growth. Not only did I gain expertise in the field of digital communications, I also improved my teamwork and communication skills. The actual project experience enabled me to better understand the application of theoretical knowledge in practice and laid a solid foundation for my career development. Taught me how to avoid nasty customers.

Finding:
The Digital and Social Media Communications course provided me with a rich learning experience. Through this course, I not only broadened my knowledge, but also improved my practical ability and learned how to get along with people who are difficult to deal with. It enables me to better adapt to the communication environment of the digital age.
